Effects of Coffee: The Pros and Cons

Coffee is imperative worldwide. “Sixty-four percent of Americans drank at least one cup of coffee daily since the 1990s.” So, for most people, coffee is the universal beverage that repeals a tenuous start to your morning, the one consistent detour before commuting to your vocation, school, or etcetera. Coffee is the pick-me-up that guarantees you an immediate boost of energy to bustle around. However, for every one of coffees pros, there are cons as well.
Pros of drinking coffee
“1. Coffee diminishes the risk of liver cancer: Two cups of black coffee daily can limit your likelihood of liver cancer.”
“2. Coffee reduces the risk of stroke and prostate cancer: Three to five cups of black coffee daily lowers the possibility of strokes and prostate cancer.”
“3. Coffee minimizes the risk of heart failure: Four cups of coffee daily is linked to the lowest chance of heart failure.”
“4. Coffee decreases the risk of heart disease and helps you live longer: An average amount of coffee correlates toa reduced risk of heart disease.”
“5. Coffee is hypothetically a health food: Coffee can be considered a part of a healthy lifestyle if you only ingest three to five cups of coffee daily, avoiding fattening cream and sugar.”
Cons of drinking coffee
“1. Coffee is addictive with side-effects: If you stop drinking coffee, then you’ll experience fatigue and a lack of focus.”
“2. Caffeine increases your adrenaline levels, but leaves you irritated: The caffeine galvanizes your brain cells, which makes the adrenal gland overwhelm your body with adrenaline.”
“3. Coffee diminishes your appetite for a transient time: A cup of coffee hinders it briefly.”
“4. Caffeine lingers around in your body for a long time: The effects wear off after five or six hours.”
“5. Caffeine can give you heartburn: It elevates the acid levels in your stomach creating heartburn.”
