Now, I’m not a history buff, but there are so many fascinating tidbits throughout history that are great to highlight. I have a favorite time period, the 1970s of course, and various old-fashioned products I like, for example, typewriters and quill pens. This is my favorite book on this list. It’s perfect for those of you who love old lingo and retro terms. In this book, you will learn various words and what their origins are. Some came from very old radio shows that no longer exist, and the word “doofus” came from Popeye. Ya dig?
