We don’t have to accept the bad vibes that some days bring; they’re just not as good as others. We have the ability and control to change a negative circumstance for the better.

• Select the appropriate products: Once you’ve determined your skin type, you can choose products that are tailored to it. Look for skin-nourishing and skin-protecting products that are free of harsh chemicals and fragrances.

I really like my H&Y NATURALLY Kumkumadi Face Cream, it hydrates, moisturizes and nourishes my skin and what I like the most is that this product is free of harsh chemicals for the skin. 

• Exfoliate and cleanse: Cleaning and exfoliating your skin on a regular basis can aid in the removal of dirt, oil, and dead skin cells. This will assist in keeping your skin looking young and healthy.

For exfoliating and cleansing my face, the product that is always part of my skin care package is the boscia Exfoliating Peel Gel, I love it because in the process of buffing, the formula itself creates a physical peel by joining together.
