“Just because you are struggling with something like anxiety or depression does not mean that you’re broken, it means that you’re human.”
There have been times where I had to cry out for help when I needed it. Looking back, I’m glad I did.
I’m not embarrassed to say that I needed help because I did, and where I sought it out, I found it. There’s nothing wrong with asking for help. In fact, so many people are willing to help you but we often times hide our issues and keep them to ourselves.
Everyone has had an experience struggling with mental health and once we open up to others about the realities of the struggle, it becomes much easier to connect and then heal. If we just voice our pain and our struggle, there are solutions.
A reminder here though is that just because you are struggling with something like anxiety or depression does not mean that you’re broken. It means that you’re human.
