Mental Health – Voices

“Everyone goes through periods in their lives where they need help, whether it’s short term or long term.”
Cincinnati, OH
I wish access to resources for mental health was easier or less taboo. Everyone goes through periods in their lives where they need help, whether it’s short term or long term.

I think that for the youth, especially those in middle school, high school, and college, resources regarding mental health services should be reiterated again and again. Sometimes people just need an extra push in the direction of someone who can help them.
