OFFICIAL BLENDtw CONTEST GIVEAWAY RULES

HOW TO ENTER:

No purchase is necessary to participate in the BLENDtw contest giveaway (the “Giveaway”). Void where prohibited. The Giveaway is only open to legal residents in the United States. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Instagram. Prior to entering, you will be prompted to sign into your Instagram account. If you do not have an account, please visit instagram. To enter, during the Promotion Period, user must follow blendtw_college , myvoiceourstory  & seaandsky45 on Instagram and TAG 2 friends in the comment section of the giveaway post. 

RULES:

• Each entry submitted on Instagram in connection with the Giveaway, and in accordance with these rules will constitute an official entry. 
• All entries become property of BLENDtw and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are void. Message and data rates may apply. By entering, you will be agreeing that your registration and any other information collected in connection with the 
• Giveaway may be used in accordance with BLENDtw’s privacy policy and may be shared in an aggregated and anonymized form with BLENDtw’s partners. 
• BLENDtw expressly reserves the right to disqualify any entries that it believes in good faith are generated by an automated program or via scripts. By participating, all entrants agree to abide by these Official BLENDtw Contest Giveaway Rules. 

PROMOTION PERIOD:

Entries will be accepted online starting on or about September 24, 2021, and ending October 3th, 2020. All entries must be received by October 3th, 12PM EST. Winner will be officially announced on October 4th, 2021. 

PRIZE:

Manscaped Weed Whacker (Electric Nose Hair Trimmer)

PRIZES/SELECTION:

Winner will be selected by independent judge(s), whose decisions are final and binding on all aspects of the Giveaway. A winner will be notified within five (5) business days following the conclusion of the Giveaway by a direct message via Instagram and/or via email. Must have a valid ID to confirm identity to redeem prize.

If a winner does not respond to such notification within five (5) business days and/or does not meet the stated eligibility requirements, such winner will be disqualified and BLENDtw reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries received for the Giveaway. No more than one (1) Giveaway prize will be awarded. Once all prizes have been claimed, no other entries will be accepted. Only one prize per person, household, email address and/or username will be allowed per giveaway.

Late and/or subsequent entries per person, per household, per email address and/or username will be ineligible. BLENDtw is not responsible for failure to receive an entry for any reason, including but not limited to, submission and/or transmission failures, technical malfunctions and/or other conditions beyond its reasonable control. 

 In no event shall BLENDtw be obligated to award more prizes. No substitutions (including for cash) are permitted, except that BLENDtw reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater monetary value.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting the entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person whose name the Instagram account is registered. The Giveaway will be conducted under the supervision of BLENDtw. The decisions by BLENDtw are final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway.  

If an entrant is found to be ineligible, the next eligible entry will be selected from the pool of eligible entrants. BLENDtw reserves the right to ship prizes directly to mailing addresses provided by winners during their entry to the Giveaway.  

GENERAL CONDITIONS AND RELEASES: 

An entrant or winner may be disqualified from the Giveaway if he or she fails to comply with each provision of these Official BLENDtw Contest Giveaway Rules, as determined in the sole discretion of BLENDtw.

Participation in the Giveaway is at entrant’s own risk. BLENDtw will not be liable for (i) failed, returned or misdirected notifications based on inaccurate information provided by the winner on the entry form, (ii) entries and responses to winner notifications which are lost, late, incomplete, unintelligible, postage-due, misdirected, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient in whole or in part or for computer or technical error of any kind, (iii) any electronic miscommunication or failures, technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connection or failed incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit an entrants ability to participate in the Giveaway, (iv) any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer on-line system, computer equipment, software, program malfunctions or other failures, delayed computer transactions or network connections that are human, mechanical or technical in nature, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from downloading any part of this Giveaway or (v) any warranty of fitness or merchantability of any prize or the function or operation thereof, which shall be the sole responsibility of the manufacturer of the prize. 

BLENDtw does not make any, and hereby disclaims any and all, representations or warranties of any kind regarding any prize. Unless prohibited by applicable law, your entry constitutes your permission to use your name, photograph, likeness, voice, address (city and state) and testimonials in all media, in perpetuity, in any manner Giveaway deems appropriate for publicity purposes without any further compensation to such entrant.

By entering or accepting a prize in the Giveaway, winners agree to be bound by these Official BLENDtw Contest Giveaway Rules and to conform to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. When applicable, the winner may be required to execute and return to BLENDtw within ten (10) business days an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability and Publicity Release to be eligible for the prize or an alternate winner will be selected.

By entering, an entrant agrees to release and hold harmless BLENDtw and its respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated entities, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents, and representatives from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability (collectively, “Claims”) that may arise from their acceptance, possession and/or use of any prize or their participation in this promotion, or from any misuse or malfunction of any prize awarded, regardless of whether such Claims, or knowledge of the facts constituting such Claims, exist at the time of entry or arise at any time thereafter.

Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Giveaway will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. BLENDtw reserves the right to modify these Official BLENDtw Contest Giveaway Rules in any way or at any time.

BLENDtw reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Giveaway should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond their control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Giveaway. In the event of cancellation or suspension, BLENDtw shall promptly post a notice on the Giveaway entry page to such effect.

This Giveaway shall be governed by New York law. By participating in this contest, entrants agree that New York courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising from or relating to this Giveaway and that venue shall be only in New York.
