• Can you tell us a bit about your “backstory” and how you grew up?
As the oldest of four children, my mother instilled in me at a very tender age of 10 years old to be a role model for my two brothers and my sister.
Something I took very seriously, as nothing brought me greater joy than to make my mother proud and to hear her affirmations and applause for me when I did great work.
With a father who is a pastor and a mother who is a teacher, I learned very early to be honest and to follow the rules. These values have shaped who I am today.
I’ve spent my life in banking, leading and developing teams, helping them to shine and achieve goals that many thought were unachievable. It is my passion to help others rise, shine, and achieve whatever goals they want to achieve in life.
So, after a very successful career in banking for 28 years, I’ve decided to fully pursue my passion of becoming a life coach where I can devote my time, energy, and attention to helping people across the world find their purpose, fulfill their dreams, and create the life they would truly love.
• Can you tell our readers about the business you’ve created? How did you get started?

While still working in banking, I negotiated to work reduced hours at my company so that I could have time freedom to start and establish my own business.
Your Fulfillment blueprint, a company committed to helping professionals overcome challenges, overcome any obstacle, overcome limiting beliefs, find their purpose with my five-step blueprint formula, and create a life they truly love.
I also became a certified hypnotherapist, which is a very important skill in helping my clients overcome limiting beliefs that have kept them back from their childhood days and allow them to step into the new life that they would want to create for themselves.
• Can you share the most interesting story that happened to you since you began leading your company?
The most interesting story that has happened to me since I began leading my company is how I meet my clients.
I met my most recent client at Burger King late one night when I was ordering my favorite number one Whopper burger.
I remembered vividly seeing this beautiful young lady who looked like a model, so I complimented her. She told me that she was not a model, but that she was a DJ, quite unlike what she looked like.
She then asked me what I did, and I told her I was a life coach. She was fascinated to find out I was a life coach, and she told me that she was looking for a life coach, so it was a match made in heaven.
It was interesting to meet a client under those circumstances, and I believe it was an alignment. I am excited to serve people who need help.
I am honored to be able to devote my time and attention to helping people from all walks of life across the world to achieve their goals and find their purpose, and create the life they truly love.

• What is the biggest advice you have for an entrepreneur who is just starting?
The biggest advice have a crystal-clear vision. Know who you are, what you offer, and what impact you want to make. Then, take consistent daily action toward that vision.
It’s also powerful to declare your identity daily. Write out a statement that reflects who you are and say it aloud each morning.
This daily affirmation keeps your purpose at the forefront of your mind and helps align your actions with your goals.
• What is one thing you wish you knew before becoming an entrepreneur?
One thing I wish I had known before becoming an entrepreneur is the importance and significance of taking daily action towards my goal.
It’s so easy to have a goal and to take some action here and take some action there in an ad hoc manner, like you do some things today, and then you may do something next week or in a haphazard manner, but it takes you a much longer time to achieve your goal when you do not take daily action towards your goal.
It is also very important to differentiate between tasks and results. You can complete a whole list of tasks at the end of the day, but achieve zero results toward your goal.
Daily evaluation of your activities to see which ones produced a result towards you achieving your goal is a critical factor for business success.
Daily action towards your goal creates momentum, creates clarity, deepens your focus, and ultimately,y you have goal achievement much sooner.
• What do you think is the greatest challenge for women in creating wealth/abundance? What advice would you have for someone who is feeling blocked by that obstacle?
Many women juggle multiple roles: caregiver, professional, homemaker, and entrepreneur, which can create financial pressure and limit time.
One of the biggest barriers is trying to do everything alone.
My advice is to start by creating a written budget. Not just in your head—on paper or digitally.
Track where every dollar goes. Make sure to pay yourself first by allocating a portion of your income to savings or investments.
Then, look at your unique skills or hobbies and consider how they can be monetized. One income stream rarely covers all your financial needs, so diversifying your income is key to long-term wealth.
Finally, work with a financial advisor or coach who can help you identify opportunities, stay accountable, and make your money work for you.
I offer this guidance to my clients as part of their journey toward financial empowerment.
• What is next for you? Where do you see your company in 5 years?
In five years, I envision launching a guided meditation app that reaches millions worldwide.
The app will provide support for a wide range of challenges—sleep issues, anxiety, depression, weight loss, confidence, career transitions, relationships, and more.
This tool will allow me to expand my impact and make life-changing support accessible to anyone, anywhere, at any time.
